Anxiety is something that we all experience at varying intensities. Of course, some of us do get more than our fair share of anxiety and it can be quite a debilitating experience. When we get overloaded with the busy humdrum of everyday life combined with piling obligations and personal goals that have yet to be met, feelings of anxiety tend to rise to the surface.

Of course, one positive way of dealing with anxiety is to engage in yoga. Several yogis have actually found the amazing benefits of combining yoga with cannabis.

So many of us experience (at minimum) a steady hum of low-grade anxiety as we move about our days. And who could blame us? Our schedules are jam-packed, we’re chasing career goals, tending to our personal relationships, juggling finances, and (if we’re lucky) squeezing in a little time to pursue our hobbies and passions.
